Snel Test Direct attaches great importance to your privacy. Nevertheless, we are forced to process personal data for the benefit of our services. In this privacy statement you can read which data is involved and how we handle it.
Data processing
Snel Test Direct only stores and processes data that you have provided to us directly and that are necessary for a good service. The personal data will only be used for the purpose for which the data was stored. We do not share this data with third parties unless this is necessary for the storage purpose. Your data will not be kept longer than necessary based on the storage purpose. Snel Test Direct keeps your data safe from unauthorized access by all possible means and measures. If something has gone wrong with your data, you will be informed. Below you can read when we request which information from you.

When it is necessary to contact a practitioner, for example for consultation, feedback, requesting data or for referral, this will be discussed with you first. For this we may also ask for:

Medical file
Snel Test Direct does not process medical data. If desired, we only communicate test results to the digital doctors we work with. They may ask you for more personal information, such as medication use, allergies or sexual activity. If necessary and desired, the doctors are responsible for processing this data.
Withdraw permission
You can withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data. You can submit a written request for this with signature, viainfo@sneltestdirect.netor drop by our clinic. Please bear in mind that this may prevent us from providing good service or care.
Complaint about privacy violation
If you are not satisfied with our privacy policy or its implementation, we would like to hear from you immediately. Snel test direct has its own complaints procedure. You also have the right to submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority regarding the processing of your personal data. The Dutch Data Protection Authority is obliged to handle this complaint.
